Dragon Ball 12

For instance, where did Yajirobe come from? That question was answered in this volume when he just appeared as a random dude that could take a beating that Goku found in the woods. That’s about the best origin I can think of, and I’m greatful for Dragon Ball for providing it for me. Another question: Piccolo? OLD? What the hell?
I guess I never thought about why Kami-sama was old and Piccolo wasn’t. Well, that’s not true, I thought about it for about 30 seconds when I first saw the show and just accepted it the same way I accepted a floating cat and a guy with three eyes and the fact that those two were green. But apparently there’s a story behind why he’s not old, and it’s hard not to see Kami-sama beating up Goku.
Pilaf’s right, though. Regurgitating those eggs is pretty gross. I’m glad the Red Ribbon army reappeared, because the series suddenly got very, VERY serious. Taking Kuririn out of commission like they did was a sudden and upsetting move. It was made even more upsetting by the fact that… well, it looks like Yajirobe could have defeated that monster.
