I reviewed the first volume of this series for Manga Recon, so you can check out my review over there.
I liked it. The characters were a little annoying, and it seems like a regular shoujo series at first, but then it does things like have the heroine confide in a talking cactus, or have her bond with her rival over a drama they apparently both watched over and over again in kindergarten. Did I mention that she was so shy she had to ask the boy she liked out on national television? Yeah, 13th Boy was pretty cool.
