I just substituted &quot;a doctor&quot; for &quot;one&quot; since it was out of context and all.  It wasn&#039;t that I didn&#039;t understand what was going on there, I just thought it was a strange way to end a chapter that was more or less about something else, and one where Black Jack was vindicated at the end to boot.]]></description>

In the Wrong Diagnosis story he isn&#039;t against the other guy becoming a doctor, he is against choosing a live like his as unlicensed doctor (&quot;Don&#039;t become a doctor LIKE ME&quot;). Problaby because everyone assumes that if you don&#039;t have a license you can&#039;t be very good in your profession (That&#039;s why he is often called quack).]]></description>
